- Entry requirements
- UG: • Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC/FSc/A-Levels or equivalent). • Normally 50–60% or above depending on the programme. • Applicants with A-Levels or equivalent international qualifications are accepted. • Some programmes may require Mathematics at high school level. PG: • Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years/180 ECTS equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution. • Minimum CGPA generally 2.5/4.0 (or equivalent) is recommended, though requirements vary by programme. • Some programmes may require relevant academic background or work experience (e.g. Global MBA).

- UG: IELTS Academic 6.0 overall (minimum 5.5 in each band) or equivalent accepted English qualification. Medium of Instruction (MOI) may be accepted for selected applicants subject to admissions approval. PG: IELTS Academic 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in each band) or equivalent accepted English qualification. Some programmes may have slightly different requirements.
- Study gap
- Acceptable if properly justified. Generally: • UG: up to 2 to 3 years. • PG: even longer gaps may be accepted if supported by employment, business, internships, certifications or other productive activities. Each case is assessed individually.
- Interview
- Yes. GISMA Admissions may conduct an online interview for academic assessment. Additionally, Pakistani students should expect a visa interview at the German Embassy.
- Tuition
- Bachelor's: €13,825 per year. Master's (60 ECTS): €16,250 total. Master's (90 ECTS): €19,200 total. Master's (120 ECTS): €25,100 total. Global MBA: €22,500 total.
- Deposit
- For karachi student: Usually €1,500 for most international students. Some postgraduate programmes or certain nationalities may require €3,000. Deposit is adjusted against tuition fees.
- Scholarships
- Various scholarships and tuition discounts are available, including: • Merit-based scholarships • Think Digital Scholarship (€1,000) • Women in Tech Scholarship (selected programmes) • Promotional regional scholarships (subject to availability). Scholarship amounts vary by intake and programme.
- Intakes
- January, April, July, and October (depending on the programme). Not every programme is offered in every intake.
- Dependants
