From your first search to your first lecture one team walks it with you.
We match you with the universities that recruit from your country, and confirm you are eligible before you spend anything. Every step we control is done in 5 to 25 working days, and you see the date for yours before it starts.

Every step we control is done in 5 to 25 working days.
Every stage has a named owner and a deadline, and you can see both on your own portal — whose turn it is, and how long is left. Where a university or the Home Office is deciding, we tell you their realistic timing rather than pretending it is ours.

Not sure a university takes students from your country? We confirm it for you first, and it is usually yes.
Eight steps, each with a deadline you can hold us to
No jargon and no guessing. Here is exactly what happens, how long each part takes, and who is holding the clock.

A free first conversation
Tell us your grades, your budget and when you want to start. You leave it knowing what you qualify for and what it will cost — in writing, not as a sales pitch.
Within 5 working daysWe do this - 02
Your shortlist, agreed
Three to five universities and courses matched to your results, your budget and your intake. Build your own first if you would rather, and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
Within 20 working daysWe do this - 03
Documents collected and checked
Photograph them with your phone. Every page is checked for quality and against what the university asks for, so nothing comes back rejected for a reason we could have caught. How quickly this finishes depends partly on you.

Applications submitted
Once your file is complete your applications go in — not held back, not sent in batches, and reviewed by a senior counsellor before they leave.
Within 10 working daysWe do this - 05
Offers back, compared simply
Most universities decide inside this window. You see fees, scholarships, deposits and conditions side by side and choose. A few take longer, and we tell you which before you apply.
Usually 5–14 working daysUniversity or Home Office - 06
Accepting, and meeting the conditions
You accept the offer you want and pay the deposit. If the offer is conditional we work through each condition with you and tell you which ones have a deadline attached.

CAS and visa
We calculate the exact funds you must show and for how long to hold them, and prepare the whole file. Then the university issues the CAS and the Home Office decides — two queues that are not ours. We tell you their realistic dates and chase both.
Allow 8 to 12 weeks in totalUniversity or Home Office - 08
Flights, accommodation and arrival
Flights, somewhere to live, a pre-departure briefing and an arrival checklist. Then somebody checks in on you once you are settled.
Within 25 working daysWe do this
Working days, not calendar days — and every one of these is a date on your portal rather than a figure on a marketing page. Where a university or the Home Office decides we say so plainly: we will not put our name on someone else’s queue.
Search it yourself
Search, shortlist and upload your documents on your own, at two in the morning, without speaking to anybody. No account needed to look.
Let a counsellor carry it
A free first conversation, then somebody named does the work with you — the shortlist, the applications, the visa.
Same file, same system. Switch between the two at any point and nothing has to be done twice.
Your own portal
Log in any time to see your documents, your checklist and the exact next step, each with a date. Nothing buried in email.
Checked before it is sent
Every page is checked for quality and against what the university actually asks for, so applications do not bounce back.
Visa figures, calculated
We work out the funds you must show and how long to hold them — the part most applications get wrong.
Start with a conversation
Leave your details and a counsellor will reach out, or choose a time yourself and we’ll call you on WhatsApp or video — whichever suits.
- We reply within 2 working days
- Your consultation is booked inside 5 working days
- The first consultation costs nothing
- You will leave it knowing what you qualify for
How long does the whole thing take?
Every step we control has a stated number of working days against it, and it is a date on your portal rather than a figure on this page — you can see how long yours has left. End to end, most students go from the first conversation to an offer inside about two months, then allow eight to twelve weeks for the deposit, CAS and visa. We give you the dates for your own intake at the first consultation, before you commit to anything. Where a university or the Home Office is deciding we tell you their realistic timing rather than pretending it is ours.
Which countries can I apply from?
We work with students across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Universities each decide which countries they recruit from, and that changes every intake — so the search on this page only shows you the ones open to your nationality now. If your country is not listed yet, book a call and we will check it directly.
Where can I study?
The United Kingdom for most students, and also Ireland, France, Germany, Dubai, Malaysia and Australia. Outside the UK each application is agreed individually, so we confirm your place on the list before you spend anything.
Can I do it myself, or do I need a counsellor?
Either. You can search, shortlist and upload your documents on your own at two in the morning without speaking to anybody. Or book a free consultation and a counsellor does it with you. Most people start alone and ask for help at the visa stage — both routes use the same file, so nothing is repeated.
What does it cost?
The first consultation is free and there is no charge to search or to shortlist. If you decide to go ahead, the service fee is shown in full and in writing before you commit — never added later.
What if I have been refused a visa before?
Tell us. A previous refusal usually does not stop an application; hiding it does, because the Home Office already knows. We go through the refusal with you, fix what caused it where we can, and tell you honestly if we think a re-application will fail.
